Snow & Ice Contractor Employment Opportunities

This seasonal position will assist the Senior Account Manager with managing a set of snow sites. Focus on client relationship management by serving as one of the primary customer contacts. Collaborate with the Seasonal Snow Team Leads, Snow Team Members, and Leadership to manage the delivery of excellent snow service, accurate and timely billing, customer service, and problem resolution. As a working supervisor, be actively involved in managing Site Leads and crews before/during/after a storm. Perform site inspections before, during, and after the storm to ensure excellent service is delivered and risk is mitigated according to the contract and scope of work. This is a part-time, temporary, seasonal position that provides an emergency response service for our clients.

This seasonal position will manage snow operations for the snow season for a specific site or set of sites. Assist in planning, equipment preparation, snow operations, collaboration with leadership team to get ready for the season and maintain sufficient staffing and supplies throughout the season. As a working Supervisor, manage snow operations and lead the snow operations during snow events, to ensure services are performed according to the contract, scope of work, and instructions from the Senior Account Manager and Sub Account Manager. Be actively involved in managing crews before/during/after a storm. Perform site inspections and act as a backup for salting and plowing on sites needing additional service. This is a part-time, temporary, seasonal position that provides an emergency response service for our clients.

This part-time position will participate in the removal and clearing of snow and ice for the snow season for a specific site or set of sites. As an operator/shoveler, execute snow operations during snow events, to ensure services are performed according to the site expectations and instructions from the leadership team. Provide outstanding workmanship to maintain property in a safe and responsive matter. This is a part-time, temporary, seasonal position that provides an emergency response service for our clients.
